1. Website and App Development Services

  • One-time Payment: For our website and app development services, which are billed as one-time payments, we offer refunds only in exceptional cases. Refunds will only be considered if:
    • Work has not begun, or
    • There has been a failure to deliver the agreed-upon services within the specified time frame.
  • If work has commenced or a deliverable has been provided, no refund will be issued.

2. Web Services (Subscription-based)

  • Subscription Plans: For our web services, such as content and product updates, which are billed on a subscription basis, we offer a 7-day money-back guarantee for new subscriptions. You can request a full refund within 7 days of the subscription start date.
  • After 7 Days: No refunds will be issued for subscriptions after the initial 7-day period.
